　　Operate equipment similar to pallet jack to move around the freezer and pick orders

　　Manually pack up items and add them to the pallet (building the pallet & wrapping the pallet)

　　Moving around 2000lbs an hour / around 20,000lobs per day

　　Routinely heavy lifting
