Job Title: Order Management

　　Responsibilities

　　Working independently, manage the receipt, processing, special handling of customer orders as well as new product launches and promotions in an efficient, expeditious and quality-oriented manner.

　　Ensuring the correct and timely delivery of product sales and management of customer contacts to resolve issues and provide value added service for both external and internal customers.

　　Sales Order and Service Mgmt.

　　Ensure proper receipt, validation and entry of customer orders received by EDI, fax, mail or phone.

　　Respond to incoming calls, e-mails and other inquiries to work with customers to resolve issues, answer product pricing, shipping questions, backorders, marketing promotions or other order/shipment related issues.

　　Requirements

　　Skills:

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a close team environment.

　　Must be able to work within a number of software applications including Microsoft.

　　Key dimensions include: initiative, resilience, prioritization, and organization, time management, ability to multi-task and develop solutions.

　　Pharma knowledge a plus.

　　Education:

　　Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
