Job title:
Be the customer’s trusted advisor and make a positive impact on people’s lives.
Your role:
Processing order activities in SAP and other supporting applications
Handling all activities related to order intake, order processing, product and pricing information, warehouse communication
Maintaining all databases and reports on the regular basis and within agreed timeline
Maintaining good communication with customers and stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Customer Fulfillments Managers, Carriers)
Reporting, monitoring, and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner

You're the right fit if:
University degree and relevant work experience
3-5 years of experience within Order Management
Knowledge of Logistics / Supply Chain
Very good level of English and Spanish (B2 or higher)
Knowledge of SAP and/or equivalent ERP systems would be beneficial
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
Very good level of MS Office
Good communication skills
