Description We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Decatur, Georgia. This role involves a comprehensive understanding of accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and other related skills. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer credit applications using accounting software systems

• Maintain and update customer credit records in the ERP system

• Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable

• Monitor customer accounts and execute required actions

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes

• Perform billing functions and manage cash activity

• Use ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions

• Utilize CRM for customer relationship management

• Implement ERP solutions for efficient resource planning. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Analyst.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.

• Must have proficiency in using CRM software.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems is required.

• Experience with ERP Solutions is necessary.

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions is essential.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) operations is preferred.

• Prior experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) operations is crucial.

• Familiarity with Billing Functions is required.

• Experience with managing Cash Activity is an important requirement.
