The team coordinates the entire order delivery process placed by Key Markets through proactive collaboration with other Supply Chain functions such as Catalogue Management, Finance, Planning, Shipping, Project Management, Sales and others.

　　Order Fulfillment Team, which belongs to the Personal Health (PH) products department within Philips Supply Chain Management structures. In our Philips PH portfolio, you can find our well-known products such as sonic toothbrushes, laser hair removals, trimers, hairdryers and more. Our customers are the biggest chain stores in Poland selling electronic and household devices, as well as private customers buying Philips products directly from us.

　　Your role:

　　Processing orders.

　　Monitoring deliveries.

　　Providing necessary information about the order to the customer.

　　Responding to various e-mail queries affiliated with order and stock management.

　　You're the right fit if:

　　You are a student of at least 2nd year of studies

　　You are able to work 30-40h/ week

　　You are fluent in English and Italian (at least B2)

　　You have good knowledge of Excel. Some exposure to SAP will be an asset
