Order Fulfillment Admin Needed in Irvine, CA

　　Pay Rate: Up to $25 per hour (DOE)

　　Schedule: Monday-Friday

　　What’s a typical day as a Fulfillment Admin? You’ll be:

　　• Communicating directly with Customer Support, Sales Operations & Healthlink Teams to ensure orders are properly processed to be fulfilled

　　• Monitoring tracking and status of sales order shipments

　　• Contacting carriers as needed to ensure delivery or file claims

　　• Providing relevant documents or requested information to clear shipments being held in customs or pending FDA release

　　• Providing support related to replenishment shipments to all warehouses or distributors

　　• Helping to monitor inventory levels and shelf life of product in all warehouse locations

　　• Providing support to ensure inventory is reconciled between relevant systems on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

　　• Collaborating with warehouse and operations to perform appropriate transactions for product returns

　　• Communicating with Customer Support and Sales Representatives to resolve discrepancies with trunk stock inventory

　　• Tracking expired product in trunk inventory and assisting with creation of return labels

　　• Performing various administrative functions within ERP system related to closing orders

　　• Generating reports or providing clerical assistance in gathering data to compile reports

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have experience in order fulfillment or a related field

　　• Possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and carriers

　　• Are detail-oriented and can monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies

　　• Have experience working with an ERP system

　　• Are proficient in generating reports and providing clerical assistance

　　• Have the ability to work Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
