　　3M is seeking an ERP Design & Development Lead as part of the Corporate Staffing Group located in TCOE. Ready to be part of what's next?

　　Purpose of the Role:As the ERP Design and Development Lead within TCOE, you will be the architect behind our ERP design and execution strategy. You will play a pivotal role in defining 'how' our ERP system is shaped, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our solutions are not only innovative but also strategically aligned with our execution methodology.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Lead and guide the ERP design and development vertical, focusing on the creation and implementation of solutions using SAP S/4HANA and Business technology platforms and supporting existing system on SAP ECC.

　　Ensure the development strategy is in sync with the overall innovation direction of TCOE.

　　Define and refine ERP execution methodologies in partnership with other leaders to ensure a consistent and modern approach to system design.

　　Spearhead the development of a scalable and adaptable ERP architecture, with an emphasis on modular and composable design principles.

　　Act as a strategic partner in determining the 'what' and 'how' of ERP initiatives, ensuring they meet business needs and are delivered efficiently.

　　Foster strong relationships with technology partners and vendors to stay ahead of the curve in ERP trends and solutions.

　　Drive the adoption of new technologies and platforms, particularly focusing on cloud-based architecture, low code/no code APP builds and API integration.

　　Ensure the team is effectively managing and developing the SAP landscape, covering both operational support and ongoing enhancements.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

　　Minimum of 10 years of experience with SAP ERP environments, including hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

　　Proven experience with middleware solutions such as SAP Process Orchestration (PO) and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

　　Strong experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) including SAP Build and SAP AppGyver, showcasing skills in no-code and low-code application development.

　　Good understanding and practical ability in coding with ABAP, along with skills to review and debug code effectively.

　　In-Depth knowledge of SAP configuration processes and fundamental concepts in SAP infrastructure and BASIS.

　　Demonstrated experience in application building, SaaS solutions, and API integration, particularly in the context of SAP.

　　Extensive experience in cloud-based environments, with a focus on implementing and manging cloud solutions.

　　Knowledge and understanding of operational support processes (e.g. ITIL)

　　Knowledge of XML, XSLT, web service standards

　　Knowledge of Service oriented architecture

　　Experience with EDI standard data formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, etc.)

　　Knowledge and experience in Agile development methodologies, with the ability to utilize tools like Jira for project management and tracking.

　　Experience in vendor management including overseeing contracts and relationships with external service providers.

　　Strong capabilities in budget and resource management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and effective financial management of technology projects.

　　Demonstrated ability to lead design and development teams, with a knack for strategic planning and execution.

　　Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and with external partners.

　　Leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

　　Willing to work in second shift as and when required (2pm- 11pm) to collaborate with US and Europe time zone.
