Develop robusttools to track and manage resource capacity and utilization within theteam Architect & Execute:Own the platform architecture including thefully integrated ERP ecosystem and develop a best-in-class approachtowards ERP deployment & cutovers leveraging Agile methodologiesInnovate & Transform:Develop and disseminate a shared understanding ofbusiness capabilities that can be developed on the platform, and howthey can be leveraged to solve business problems and transform nVent\'soperations. Assess technology trends and develop a \"forward thinking\"platform direction Deliver Solutions:Provide hands-on technicalexpertise and team management.
