　　We stand behind our waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete leveling solutions, oftentimes with a 25-year warranty that is transferable if ownership changes.

　　On a day-to-day basis, the General Manager will coach, lead, mentor, and develop our Production Manager and Sales Manager who oversee our Sales and Construction team members that serve homeowners.

　　Ensures our Key Performance Indicators are achieved.

　　Ensure the homeowners we serve have a remarkable experience. This role is responsible for ensuring our teams exceed our customer satisfaction ratings and formulate strategies to achieve our sales goals.

　　So, what are we looking for?

　　A business owner mindset with the desire to coach and mentor others to become a better version of themselves. A proven track record of leading a team of managers minimum of 5 years required. Prior experience as a District Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, or Branch Manager highly preferred.

　　An individual that believes in driving accountability and culture.

　　Our ideal candidate understands the balance of listening and meeting the needs of the individual while leading with an approach that motivates others and evokes trust.

　　Possess a high energy level and demonstrate the ability to lead and energize a team. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize with unwavering attention to detail. Proven experience as a strong communicator, excellent people skills, and motivator. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a driving check and felony/misdemeanor background check.

　　At Thrasher, we pride ourselves on rewarding performance. Our compensation structure for our General Manager role has a base and bonus potential. The bonus is based on clear metrics and your team hitting those objectives. Total compensation will be in the $100,000 range. Additionally, we provide an environment of growth, 25% of our employees are promoted YOY. Upon promotion, compensation is evaluated to fit the requirements of the new position.
