Job Description:
Performs full range of duties related to scheduling patient procedures in op time and ARIA for Radiation Oncology. Collaboration with patients and referring facilities locally and out of area. Collaborate scheduling with Highland / SMH providers, physics, nursing, and various Highland departments involved in Radiation Oncology procedures. Keep lines of communication open with all staff.
Salary Range:
$17.50 - $23.22 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
Experience: Previous medical office and medical terminology experience preferred.
License/Certification Required: N/A
Skills: Ability to use various hospital information systems (which may include Aria, , eRecord, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel experience is highly recommended; ICD10/CPT coding is desirable. Organized and able to multi-task working in two computer systems.
