Job Summary:
Exos is looking for a confident, outgoing, and self-motivated Operations Support Specialist with a strong work ethic. This role will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will give insight into many functions within Exos by supporting the Operations Support team. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: delivering excellent customer service for existing clients, light project management, and systems setup and management.
This role will report to the Operations Manager, with the ideal candidate based in either Phoenix, AZ, or the greater NYC area (periodic onsite time required).
Job Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Utilize computer and all requisite peripheral devices
Handle inbound client inquiries primarily by email/chat/IM while maintaining company standards and ensuring customer satisfaction
Respond to inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
Research required information using available resources
Work cross-functionally with tech and other departments to resolve customer issues
Manage and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route inquiries to appropriate resource
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Exercise discretion and good judgment, make sound business decisions
Project Management:
May be involved in various corporate or client projects that will require excellent organization and time management
Prior project management is not a requirement
System Management:
Will be trained on setup and management of the various system technologies Exos utilizes in our facilities, as well as client facilities
Will assist the Implementation team in system setups and support as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years in a customer service role or operations support role
High school diploma or solid work experience in communications, business, or related fields
Strong time management, organization, administrative, problem-solving skills
Strong data entry and follow-up skills
Excellent communication skills (written, telephone, webcam meetings and in face-to-face interactions)
Proficiency in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Sheets, Docs, etc.
Team-oriented, open minded and willing to learn
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Visual acuity to interact with computer screens ; m anual dexterity to manipulate computer keyboard and other office equipment
Ability to sit for long periods
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Flexible work schedule based on business needs - schedule will be worked out with management
Residents of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington: Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $22/hour. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications and work experience as well as other business needs.
