Summary
Performs administrative and operational tasks to increase the overall efficiency of a company's daily business operations. Supports functions related to administrative support of Operations, Facilities and Quality Control for assigned location.
Job Functions
Provide administrative support to operations team to increase the overall efficiency of a company's daily business operation.Perform clerical duties including filing, copying, faxing.Sets up and maintain suppliers in the company financial system (Oracle)Reviews the lab suppliers, with accurate items numbers, quantities required to order and lead times, notifying the lab technicians of supply concerns Track /manage inventory of office supplies and consumable testing suppliesOrder supplies thru oracle punchout, follow up on supplies not received. Process received supplies in oracle system Maintain the oracle i-procurement system to pay all bills, responds to corporate procurement concerns regarding this labs entriesMaintain the lab p-card for bills that can not be processed thru i-procurement with proper documentation & GL entryReview and type test reports & customer quotes as neededProvides excellent customer service to clients, and maintains positive interaction with peers and supervisorsPerforms additional office management tasks as directedAdheres to internal standards, policies, and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned
