Description a non-profit agency in the real estate industry providing community and affordable housing, is seeking an Accountant to perform general accounting functions.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　• Record financial transactions through multiple sources including:

　　o accounts payable

　　o accounts receivable

　　o bank activity

　　o credit cards

　　o purchase order

　　• Monthly rent roll reconciliation.

　　• Monthly bank reconciliations.

　　• Assist with month end close and yearly audit.

　　• Assist Representative Payee Specialist as needed.

　　• Special projects/ other duties as needed.

　　• Remain current with all Agency required compliance documents and trainings. Requirements Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations
