Join our team at the forefront of preclinical research at our Seattle Preclinical site, part of the distinguished Altasciences family. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for mid- to long-term scheduling, tracking, forecasting milestones, deliverables, financials, and KPIs, ensuring the seamless execution of laboratory studies and activities within the Laboratory Sciences Department.What You'll Do Here:Strategic Planning and Coordination:Oversee mid- to long-term scheduling, tracking, and forecasting of milestones, deliverables, and financials for US-based laboratory studies.Liaise with senior laboratory management, other sites, and departments for inter-department harmonization and collaborations.Financial Optimization:Manage and optimize revenue recognition processes for US-based Laboratory Sciences sites, collaborating with global sites as needed.Optimize forecasting for US-based Laboratory Sciences sites and collaborate with global sites where necessary.KPI Management:Manage and optimize KPIs for US-based Laboratory Sciences sites, ensuring alignment with global standards.Evaluate trends and participate in investigations with stakeholders to identify root causes for any KPI not meeting set targets. Implement action plans as needed.Personnel Management:If applicable, oversee personnel management activities for assigned staff, including scheduling, personnel actions, training, development, performance feedback, disciplinary actions, and annual reviews.Continuous Improvement:Evaluate proposals/work request trends and departmental resources, collaborating with management to develop and implement action plans.What You'll Need to Succeed:University Degree in Biology or equivalent field.Minimum of 5 years' experience in the medical or pharmaceutical regulated field.Exceptional integrity, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational, leadership, advanced GLP/regulatory knowledge, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).Why Join Us:Contribute to strategic planning and optimization in cutting-edge preclinical research.Enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment.Make a significant impact on the success of Laboratory Sciences Department at our Seattle Preclinical site.What We OfferThe pay range estimated for this position is salary range: $67,700 - $105,000.
