JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for managing the order-to-cash process for a given category and inventory movements on behalf of the International Cosmetics & Perfumes (ICP) brands. This person will serve as the lead order processor/ inventory controller and plays a key role in developing and managing processes related to order management, chargebacks, returns, and inventory while maintaining high service levels. This position will also promote and maintain the intrinsic company culture that fosters the firm’s core values of: Transparency, Responsibility, Accountability and Communication.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive customer orders by EDI via SPS, email, or app transmission and enter order accurately into ERP (Sage 100).
Liaison between the Sales Admin & warehouse teams, providing seamless communication to manage orders based on business needs and manage the tracking through the routing process.
Prioritize the orders to ensure quality service while balancing available resources in consideration of business priorities and targets.
Understand overall supply chain and lead efforts to identify and improve processes and results.
Monitor transit and distribution times ensuring the agreed launch date for deliveries are achieved.
Be the supply chain subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the primary operational liaison between the warehouse and online team. Manage supply chain for the online channel and have the capacity to become a subject matter expert in Shopify order and inventory management.
Support the physical inventories through coaching, process improvement, and partnership with the warehouse and ICP’s Boutique General Managers.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors’ Degree in Business or related field such as Commercial, Technical, or Administration
3-5 years of experience in sales order administration within a supply chain company
Knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools is required; knowledge of SAP or Sage 100 ERP is preferred
Knowledge of commonly used EDI transactions; familiarity with SPS portal is preferred
Ability to build relationships, including interacting with all levels of internal and external associates
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A polished, professional manner consistent with the ICP culture and values
Excellent organizational skills and ability maintain composure under pressure.

Compensation includes competitive salary $70K + depending on experience, subsidized health benefits, generous PTO schedule and 401K plan.
