  Your role at Clorox:

  If you're a results-driven operations professional passionate about efficiency in manufacturing, proficient in SAP MRP, apply for our Operations Manager role. Oversee scheduling, raw and packaging materials, and inventory processes for our 24/7, nine-line operation. Drive efficiency, minimize downtime, and collaborate with operations managers to ensure seamless scheduling. Join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our thriving factory operations.

  In this role, you will:

  Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules for nine production lines using SAP MRP to meet customer demand, optimizing resource utilization. Strategically plan production runs to minimize changeovers and downtime, coordinating with various departments.

  Utilize SAP MRP to collaborate with procurement and suppliers for a continuous and reliable flow of raw and packaging materials. Implement effective material planning strategies within SAP to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent shortages or excesses.

  Oversee inventory accuracy and integrity for raw materials and finished goods in the SAP system. Implement inventory control measures using SAP MRP to minimize waste, reduce carrying costs, and ensure timely availability of materials.

  Foster communication and collaboration between production, procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams, leveraging SAP MRP data. Work closely with operations managers in packaging and process, providing support and considering their needs in the scheduling process.

  Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains in scheduling, planning, and inventory management using insights from SAP MRP. Implement best practices within SAP and lead initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.

  Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within SAP MRP to assess scheduling and material planning effectiveness. Take proactive measures, leveraging SAP insights, to address deviations from targets and drive continuous improvement.

  Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team adept in utilizing SAP MRP. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning

  What we look for:

  5+ experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in a 24/7 production environment.

  Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.

  Strong understanding of production scheduling, material planning, and inventory management principles.

  Proficiency in utilizing SAP MRP for demand planning, safety stock management, and shipment delivery requirements.

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Effective leadership and team management abilities.

  Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools.

  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

  –Zone A: $104,100 - $199,100

  –Zone B: $95,500 - $183,300

  –Zone C: $86,800 - $166,600
