The RIDE Program is an expansion of the University of Washington School of Dentistry (UWSOD). This position must develop and foster strong and supportive working relationships within EWU and externally with the UWSOD. The Operations Manager reports to the Director, RIDE.The successful candidate will need to exercise independent judgment, discretion and confidentiality, utilize delegated authority to make and implement plans, decisions and commitments in areas related to management policies and department business operations. This position has a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including: planning, budget development, personnel, payroll, special project administration, and other administrative functions.
