　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide administrative support for HR daily function.

　　Process and respond to employee and manager inquiries via ticketing system (ServiceNow) or email.

　　Perform administration on documentations including, but not limited to, policies, summary plan description, invoices, contracts, P-File, and other compliance documentation.

　　Handle ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by the manager from time to time.

　　Qualifications

　　Candidate must currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.

　　Open for an internship position for a duration of 4 - 6 months.

　　Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to respond to common inquiries in a timely manner.

　　High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.

　　Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible
