　　The Operations Manager (Depot) is responsible the day to day as it relates to safety and efficient operations ie: to plan, direct and coordinate activities related to inspection, repair, maintenance, and storage of equipment (containers, chassis, refrigerated containers, gensets, etc.), and equipment sales. The Depot Operations Manager will assist in developing and leading a highly effective team which is responsible to provide excellent service to internal and external Customers.

　　Depot Operations Manager

　　Provides day-to-day oversight of employees to ensure a safe and productive workplace

　　Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements as well as corporate policies and procedures

　　Monitors operational activities to ensure KPIs are within acceptable standards

　　Meets customer needs and commitments

　　Assists with establishing goals and objectives for the operation; production, profitability, safety, and compliance which align with goals for the region and business unit

　　Monitors performance and provides feedback to employees as needed

　　Maintains and strengthens relationships with existing and potential customers

　　Works with local Union representatives (if applicable)

　　Qualifications

　　Requirements

　　Relevant industry experience with 1-3 years of successful management experience

　　Thorough understanding of the operation and maintenance of intermodal equipment, including but not limited to dry and reefer containers, trailers and chassis

　　Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills

　　Excellent communication skills are mandatory

　　Proficient in Outlook and MS Office suite of products

　　Strong Work Ethic

　　Open availability

　　Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
