　　As a member of the site management team you are the responsible leader for the organization of ca. 40 employees who are running and making the plant production processes even more safe and efficient every day. 　　Your Key Responsibilities:

　　• You encourage employee’s engagement and foster empowerment and ownership.

　　• You take an active role and strongly contribute to the site strategic plan. You develop short to mid-term area plans including organization and people plans and you execute on these to meet our customer needs and all our commitments.

　　• You develop and establish Key Performance Indicators for the area.

　　• You lead the area by example and you communicate on core values, objectives, priorities and progress across the area and the site.

　　• You interface with other site leaders, you are responsible for managing processes and you implement best practices to achieve excellence in the production area performance. You drive cross functional collaboration to meet common goals.

　　• You set expectations and hold people accountable. You are clear on expectations for adherence to policies, standards, procedures and practices and you ensure operational discipline.

　　• You drive continuous learning and people development to enable people to perform to their full potential and you fully utilize awards and recognition processes.

　　Job Requirements

　　Your qualifications:

　　• B.Sc or M.Sc. in related technical field (e.g. chemistry/process technology)

　　• Fluency in spoken and written Finnish and English

　　• Demonstrated experience in production environment (chemical/biotech/food)

　　• Extensive leadership experience & demonstrated leadership skills

　　• Strong communication and collaboration skills

　　• Experience / interest in digitalization and digital transformation preferred
