Overview

　　The goal of this position is toexecute the Pactiv Evergreen Production System (PEPS) assessment program (Operations Excellence Program) across all Pactiv Evergreen sites according to the established assessment template to drive continuous improvements to achieve best in class operational excellence.

　　Responsibilities

　　Train, develop & mentor back-up assessors & new PIMs to ensure they are competent to effectively accomplish the assigned duties.

　　Complete all assigned Assessments based on the established assessment calendar.

　　Perform Lead Assessor responsibilities for assigned assessments

　　Develop assessment agenda & expectations list to be reviewed with the plant management. team at least 3 weeks prior to the assessment

　　Lead in conducting opening and closing meetings to discuss the objectives and findings of the assessment.

　　Prepare and distribute final report after assessment completion to site management team, PEPS core team and others as needed\

　　Coordinate and execute PEPS assessments per the assessment plan.

　　As co-assessor, assist in conducting opening and closing meetings to discuss the objectives and findings of the assessment.

　　Conduct PEPS assessments as per the assessment template in multiple facilities a year.

　　Document all the findings and scores in the assessment template and create the closing meeting report to review results with plant management team.·

　　Identify good practices in the assessment report and share with PEPS core team.

　　Document lessons learned after each assessment is completed and utilize to drive improvements.

　　Participate in workshops to calibrated and aligned with other PIMs to have the same level of understanding to consistently apply the assessment process across all PTVE sites.

　　Monitor, review and improve PEPS assessment processbased on metrics, risks and opportunities.

　　Assist PEPS Core team in implementing changes to assessment template as required.

　　Develop, Maintain and Improve competency through training, continual professional development and regular participation in assessments.

　　Actively participate in team meetings

　　Coordinate travel and complete expense reports on a timely basis.

　　Environmental Responsibility:

　　Actively participate in compliance in regard to environmental policy.

　　Partner with the PEPS assessment manager to understand environmental policy to ensure any activity that puts the environmental management system at risk is reported timely and accurately.

　　Know the environmental aspects of the process that are assigned.

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or similar.

　　3+ years of manufacturing experience.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with site management team & other stakeholders.

　　Strong leadership and auditing skills.

　　Attend and regularly complete compliance training within established deadlines.

　　Be familiar with the company's complaint submission channels and understand the importance of reporting compliance issues.

　　Auditing experience & certifications a plus.

　　Use the Code of Conduct and exemplify with its conduct the Pactiv Evergreen guiding principles.

　　Finish work assignments and projects based on honest data collection and analysis.

　　Show an understanding of the Company's data integrity policies and procedures and maintain and ensure the highest level of data integrity.

　　Travel up to 50-70%.

At Pactiv Evergreen, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is$106,600 -$177,600.
