We specialize in the designs surrounding automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems including robotics and high speed manufacturing. 　　This role will be project/program management heavy to ensure the tracking, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, and optimized process flow of CAD modules in North America and Europe. These modules comprise the sub-component design of Amazon warehouses, and are essential to a project's critical path. The ability to manage expectations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders is a must.

　　Key job responsibilities

　　Responsible for all aspects of design integration of architectural backgrounds, production and process equipment layouts with operational space design and planning of distribution centers.

　　Lead, manage and coordinate all aspects of design program management like schedule, stakeholder communication, risk and quality, document and revision management.

　　Present and lead design reviews with stakeholders. Manage approvals and release full design packages for execution and implementation.

　　Provide technical leadership for process flows for building program. Provide coordination support between internal and external departments.

　　Simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with internal and external business partners, contractors and vendors.

　　Facilitate process improvement initiatives.

　　Effectively manage resources, quality and project schedules for on-time deliverables.

　　Travel 10% to interact with internal and external business.

　　Basic Qualifications

　　3+ years of program or project management experience

　　3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

　　Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

　　Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

　　Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

　　3+ years of design management experience

　　Expertise using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam and BIM 360 tools

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

　　3+ years of driving process improvements experience

　　Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

　　Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

　　Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
