Your role:
Reporting to the Operations Director, your purpose is to manage the coordination with location partners, the installation team, QLS and subcontractors for a seamless removal and relocation of our PUDO lockers.
You will be communicating and negotiating with location partners and carriers regarding the removal of PUDO lockers at specific locations, providing a logical approach to issues and providing solutions in a professional manner, driving operational excellence to optimize the operation with KPIs, and exploring operation efficiency to reduce costs.
In line with the business monthly target, you will ensure the number of installations and removals are achieved whilst displaying a mindset to reach beyond the target, communicating and building good relationships with location partners to lead locker installation/removal operation.
Through your understanding of the PUDO locker installation and removal process, you will complete all the necessary steps, ensuring information is communicated among internal and external stakeholders including location partners, providing necessary guidance to the partner/client to reach the best outcome.
What you bring:
You possess excellent organisational skills and problem-solving skills, and you understand how to manage 3rd party subcontractors.
You have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
You’re a Self-motivated person with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
You potentially have an education or background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering/ IT technology.
You are fluent in both verbal and written Japanese and have a basic level of both verbal and written English.
