　　What’s a typical day as an Operations Coordinator? You’ll be:

　　• Providing shipment information, creating orders, and activating shipments

　　• Building shipment loads, assigning loads, and scheduling appointments

　　• Tracking and tracing shipments, entering events, and invoicing

　　• Monitoring task boards and responding to customer and carrier requests

　　• Ensuring accuracy of load data in systems according to company standards

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have a high school diploma or GED

　　• Have previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

　　• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

　　• Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

　　• Have demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills
