　　QPS Employment Group is hiring an Operations Coordinator at a great company in Springfield, MO. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

　　Operations Coordinator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Keep track of payroll timesheets; record absences, vacations, holiday hours, etc.- Review and audit biweekly hourly payroll for accuracy and send to Corporate- Assist with recruiting activities, including timely routing of position requisitions and job postings- Include data entry of new hires, terminations, employee data changes, and time away from work- Maintain a filing system of documents, removing terminated files, and auditing- Direct employee questions; resetting passwords, payroll, benefits, and policy questions- Other duties as assigned by the Human Resources department

　　Operations Coordinator Requirements:- Experience working in Manufacturing preferred- Systems: Ceridian Dayforce and Microsoft preferred- 5+ years of experience in an administrative capacity- Typical office and manufacturing environment- 1-3 years of experience with Human Resources administrative activities- Sitting approximately 75% of the time- Bending, sitting, kneeling, walking, etc.- Work overtime or occasionally on weekends with short notice
