　　As the Senior Technical Analyst - Yardi, you will be a member of ahighly-motivated group responsible for partnering with business and IT teamsin order to evaluate and understand complex business problems. The role willproactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and IT team membersto define strategies for technical solutions integrating to the real estateapplications stack comprising of Yardi Voyager, Yardi Advanced Budget,Yardi Forecast Manager and Argus Enterprise. Individuals in this position willhave deep expertise with data schema and application architecture as well asexperience in 3rd party integrations.

　　Assume primary responsibilities for development and ongoing technical supportof the Real Estate Application platforms to support critical businessfunctions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goalsCommunicate with project managers, stakeholders and other developers todesign cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaborationthroughout all phases of development, testing and deploymentParticipate in all phases of software development/implementation includingfunctional analysis, development of technical requirements, prototyping,coding, testing, deployment, documentation, and supportWork with internal IT teams to prepare functional and technical specificationsfrom which programs will be written, and other integration activities toensure successful implementation and support of projectsInterpret business requirements, provide accurate estimates, and meetdeadlines on deliverablesPerform and manage global change and release management practices

　　Required:

　　3+ years' of functional/technical experience with Yardi Commercial andElevate ProductsIntermediate or greater SQL experienceAbility to design, develop, and support custom integrations with externalsystems including Salesforce, Peoplesoft, and custom applications

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology orequivalent educationData engineering skills a plusKnowledge of full development life cycle including requirements, fit/gapanalysis, design, development and testingProven experience delivering technology solutions using Agile softwaredevelopment methodologies with globally distributed teams (includingvendors, onshore and offshore developers, and/or quality assurance testers)Proven ability to multitask, and effectively manage/prioritize time acrosscompeting activities/resourcesEffective communicator with the ability to succinctly explain technicalconcepts to non-technical people

　　Hiring Salary Range of: $94,000 - $129,000. Salary to be determinedby the candidate's location, education, experience, knowledge,skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment withmarket data.This role i also eligible for Prologis' commission plan.
