　　OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

　　DESCRIPTION

　　Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams. The Operations Associate I is an important role to ensure our success of our operations within location.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Responsible for order taking and delivery of coffee and related products to customers on an assigned route;

　　Assist with the warehouse duties; receiving, unloading, picking and loading;

　　Replace vacation and absences in delivery and warehouse department;

　　Provide assistance as needed to the operations team.

　　Maintain accurate inventory in the van;

　　Ensure sufficient inventory in van and at customer locations - rotating stock where required;

　　Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment;

　　Listen to and resolve customer complaints regarding products or services.

　　Perform other duties as assigned including housekeeping of common areas; packing, moving and setting up of cabinets, equipment, etc.;

　　This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

　　Requirements

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　High School diploma or general equivalency diploma preferred (GED) preferred;

　　Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract.

　　COMPETENCIES

　　Basic computer skills;

　　Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
