  Public Partnerships LLC supports individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses and aging adults, to remain in their homes and communities and “self” direct their own long-term home care. Our role as the nation’s largest and most experienced Financial Management Service provider is to assist those eligible Medicaid recipients to choose and pay for their own support workers and services within their state-approved personalized budget. We are appointed by states and managed healthcare organizations to better serve more of their residents and members requiring long-term care and ensure the efficient use of taxpayer funded services.   Overall Responsibilities: *Mandatory*

  Process forms and receipts in our internal based portal and accounting systems using a process that conforms within standard PPL performance metrics

  Use manual data entry process to ensure the accuracy of information being submitted

  Process CRM cases as assigned

  Create cases using our CRM System

  Perform testing in our accounting system to ensure validity for the date range and dollar amount submitted

  Generation of reports in our internal accounting system and submittal of information for payment processing

  Other duties as assigned

  Specific Responsibilities: *Mandatory*

  Process CRM cases as assigned

  Required Skills: (If applicable)

  Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook

  Ability to navigate between multiple applications

  Good listening and communication skills

  Attention to detail

  Excellent communication skills; verbal and written

  Ability to meet or exceed productivity and quality expectation

  Ability to adapt to change in processes, systems etc.

  Required Experience: (If applicable)

  Education: High School Degree or equivalent

  Experience: 1+ years of data entry, administrative or clerical experience

  The base pay for this role is

  between $19.23/hour. Pay may vary depending on skills,

  experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Certain positions may also be

  eligible for a performance-based incentive as part of total compensation.
