You will be responsible for assisting with various financial tasks, as well as contributing to the efficient coordination of day-to-day operations. This position will report to the Facilities and Real Estate team.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Tasks:Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget vs. actual performance.Perform credit card reconciliations and expense report processing.Support financial data entry, recordkeeping, and report generation.Collaborate with the finance team on financial analysis and forecasting.Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as needed.Coordinate with Finance Team to maintain Real Estate financial accounting breakdownsProcurement and Vendor Management:Coordinate procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, and purchase requisition management.Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Liaise with Finance and Legal teams to assist with terms negotiations and issue resolution.Maintain accurate records of procurement and credit card transactionsOperations Support:Collaborate with various departments to streamline operational processes.Coordinate and manage budgets and actual performance for office operations.Backup to assist with day-to-day office operations, including front desk, office supplies management and kitchen equipment maintenance.Data Analysis:Compile and analyze data related to team financial and operational performance.Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.Contribute to process improvement initiatives based on data insights.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience is welcomed.Proven experience in finance, accounting, or operations roles.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and preferably the entire Microsoft Office suiteExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Job FunctionsJob Functions are physical actio
