　　As an Operational Excellence Manager , you will support framework design and implementation for TBS critical processes: Business Continuity Plan, Incident Handling, Solutioning and Process Documentation.

　　Accelerate value & make an impact by:

　　Supporting efforts to shape in-house Lean Six Sigma training programs to build operational capabilities across all TBS towers

　　Coaching and supporting Operational Teams as they execute performance management initiatives to drive quality, efficiency, and timeliness

　　Supporting the TBS taxonomy and process documentation initiatives

　　Required qualifications:

　　Bachelors Degree

　　5 years of experience in Finance, Procurement, or Human Resources Operations, with prior experience in an operational leadership role preferred

　　Ability to work independently, think critically, and demonstrated leadership skills are a must

　　Strong communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of corporate environment

　　Proven track record with 2 plus years’ experience with delivery of business process improvement or other project management initiatives

　　Proficient in English

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Practical experience with Six Sigma and Lean transactional implementation and facilitation

　　Professional Quality or Lean Six Sigma Belt certification

　　Knowledge of Smartsheet, SharePoint

　　Proficient in Polish

　　Practical knowledge of languages: Japanese, Chinese, or Portuguese will be an additional benefit.
