Where is the work:
This is a remote position.
What you will do:
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that track by stream, CBU and account for internal and customer report outs.
Inform leadership of high-level pipeline data and proactive trend reporting.
This position will align and work with internal partners in Finance, CRM / Systems, Quality and others to develop tools needed for operations, ensure data is valid and provide actionable insights to support decision making and strategic planning.
Program Management for Quality, Opex and Data initiatives for the Key Accounts region.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on strategic and operational matters.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree or related field experience.
Demonstrated track record in project management.
Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale change initiatives and strategic projects.
Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Highly motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience with data visualization and reporting
Experience with Operations Excellence and Quality
Work experience focused on process improvement and control methods for continuous monitoring and auditing
Travel may be required once a month or less.
Compensation:
Base Range: $93,500 - $218,500

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
