We are seeking committed and passionate expanded learning instructors to change the future of students by leading academic, physical, and enrichment activities as part of our AIMS K-8 expanded learning programs, near Oakland Lake Merritt BART station. As an instructor, you will lead and mentor up to 25 youth in an expanded learning setting. 　　Support and maintain the emotional well-being of the students.

　　Provide a safe environment

　　Be a positive role model for struggling students

　　Have fun engaging students in lesson plans that support school day learning

　　Run community circles based on restorative practices

　　Ability to collaborate with youth to support their learning and development (youth-driven curriculum)
