Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative AI Governance & RegTech Specialist Consultant, who'll join our IBM Data & AI Software services organization Technology Expert Labs in the beautiful city of Kraków, Poland. We're looking for a person with a passion to implementing solutions in the vast world of Data & AI governance, risk management and regulatory compliance, fraud detection and payment analytics.
As a specialist consultant, working under minimal supervision you will provide subject matter expertise in the form of supporting briefings, workshops, and/or consulting engagements. You'll be recommending solutions to enhance the client's capabilities.
This position will work directly with cross functional teams, product management, support and engineering to build and transform AI governance & RegTech systems at customers. You'll use the latest technology and tools, techniques and methodologies and work with leading minds in the industry to deploy solutions you can be proud of.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
Work on one or more of the IBM AI Governance & RegTech technologies - WatsonX.governance, IBM OpenPages, IBM SaferPayments, IBM Financial Transaction Manager, AI Factsheets Provide solution pilot, development, deployment and post go-live services
Configure the products in line with technical specifications - configurations, workflows, dashboards, rules, security, roles, performance etc. i.e. create and remediate custom triggers and helpers for OpenPages, following software upgrades or due to modified requirements
Document configurations and custom code
Support customers in solution testing
Work will primarily be conducted remotely with potential for travel

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
BS. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering/STEM
Exposure on Linux, containerisation, shell scripting, devops tools
Java / ReactJS / Carbon UI / QL / SQL (Minimum 1 year experience
Problem solving (technical diagnosis and identifying path to resolution)
Customer focus (ability to set correct expectations, meet deadlines and proactively communicate with Customer)
Good English language skills (written and spoken)
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
A minimum of 1 year experience on OpenPages (9.x) and/or IBM SaferPayments and/or IBM Financial Transaction Manager. Example of IBM OpenPages configuration knowledge - dashboards, rules, workflows, configurations, views, security, triggers, helpers, APIs, Object Models, integrations etc
Experience in one of the domains: GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), financial transactions monitoring, fraud analytics domain, generative AI and machine learning models
Java or other software development language certification
Preferred second European language on communicative level
