Job Responsibilities:
- - Handle internal and external communication with different sales professionals and customers
- - Order Entry - Contracts and Change-Orders
- - Assist with Sales Reports and Final Billing
- - Handle inquiries between purchasing, scheduling, and sales
- - Manage additional administrative functions for satellite offices in the surrounding areas as needed
- - Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- - Minimum of two (2+) years of customer service and administrative experience preferred
- - Administrative experience in the construction industry a plus
- - High School Diploma or GED required
- - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- - Computer proficient - Experience with Excel preferred
- - Detail-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
