Salary Range: \$46K - \$70K
Essential Role: Responsible for recruiting healthcare providers tosupport the mission and programs of GraceMed. This includes developingrelationships with local, state, and regional healthcare educationprograms and with the respective residents and students of each in orderto fill all available healthcare provider positions. Develop recruitmentstrategies and plans for the organization and manage and/or coordinateall aspects of implementation.
The recruiter will focus primarily on these areas: 1) RecruitingPhysicians (Family Practice, Internal Medicine and Pediatric Doctors),Optometrists, Advance Registered Nurse Practitioners and PhysicianAssistants to fill all medical provider positions. 2) RecruitingDentists and Registered Dental Hygienists to fill all oral healthprovider positions, 3) Recruiting Behavioral Health Consultants witheducational qualifications to qualify for Medicaid reimbursement in theState of Kansas.
Works with supervisor and Senior Leadership to ensure the GraceMedministry has the appropriate professional health care provider levels toserve our respective communities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Represents GraceMeds mission with integrity and passion to the communityand to GraceMeds staff.
Understands GraceMeds programs well enough to identify professionalstaffing needs and articulate those needs to educational institutionsand interested candidates.
Gathers and analyzes information about the healthcare needs of GraceMedstargeted communities and articulates those needs to the providercommunity.
Identifies, develops, and nurtures prospective provider candidates.
Understands loan forgiveness opportunities through the National HealthService Corp (NHSC) and State of Kansas.
Provides leadership for the establishment/enhancement of recruitmentpolicies and procedures.
Is familiar with and utilizes a variety of recruitment strategies,concepts, and practices in order to best meet the personnel goalsestablished.
Provides consistent communication to GraceMeds leadership, ensuring thatleaders are kept up to date on progress and challenges.
Responsible for preparing organizational and departmental objectives andfor achieving those objectives.
Identifies and reports progress on key measures of recruitmentstrategies and their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Education/Certifications/Licenses/Registrations
Bachelors degree or minimum of 5 years in the field of nonprofitrecruitment, preferably in health care, with increasing levels ofresponsibility and breadth of experience required.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven recruitment experience.
Technical Skills
Must possess a thorough knowledge of modern office practices,procedures, and equipment, including computers, copiers, and otherstandard office equipment.
Ability to work independently, organize, monitor, and adjust work asnecessary to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems.
Working knowledge of professional recruitment

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. May require work outside ofusual business hours; including evenings o weekends and occasionalovernight travel.
