　　Job SummaryThe role will partner with cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure design, implementation and support of end-to-end business application solution, OneStream aligned to the Hyperscale business.

　　Responsibilities

　　Capture, document and validate xScale business requirements, predominantly to support design, develop and deploy OneStream

　　Translate business requirements into functional solution design options and interface with the development teams to ensure all business requirements and functional designs are understood and delivered as desired

　　Ability to interface with business application users at all levels to ensure that proper customer requirements are captured and understood

　　Create and manage application functional test plans and test cases from use cases for requirements traceability, systems testing and UAT testing

　　Able to manage metadata, write business rules, automate data flows, and build complex reports within OneStream application

　　Work with technical teams to design interfaces and integrate OneStream with multiple finance applications

　　Work closely with business and IT teams spread across globally and should possess excellent communication skill

　　Ability to manage SIT & UAT Testing, defect tracking, defect resolution, ongoing status reporting

　　Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands

　　Manage ongoing relationship with business partners to drive satisfaction with IT

　　Train the users and provide go-live support

　　Respond to and address user requests via ticketing process preferable to have experience in Service now, HP ALM and/or Jira tools

　　Qualifications

　　7+ years' experience in Business System Analyst experience within Agile/Waterfall environment desired

　　5+ years' experience implementing/working on EPM platforms and 3+ years experience implementing/working on Onestream cloud solution

　　Experience in financial systems like Oracle financials or any Corporate Performance Management tool is a plus

　　Broad IT domain experience preferably in following IT areas: Oracle EBS financials, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)

　　Oracle Cloud knowledge is preferred

　　Experience implementing IT projects for finance stakeholders in a global environment preferred

　　Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.

　　Must have hands on experience in authoring functional Design document and possess high problem-solving skills

　　Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting, business, or related field

　　OneStream Certified Associate Administration Certification OR OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) -Lead Architect Certification
