What You’ll Get to Do:

  As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF Biometrics Analyst you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.

  You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

  More About the Role:

  As a CACI SOAS USAREUR-AF Biometrics Analyst you will embed at Del Din (Vicenza, IT) and may travel within both theaters as required, to perform services at locations within the USEUCOM or USAFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.

  These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.

  Other duties of the Biometrics Analyst will include but are not limited to:

  •Provide support and assistance in the development and management of operations and systems architectures for biometric collection, DOMEX, and biometric-enabled intelligence (BEI).

  •Coordinate with users and providers of biometrics and BEI to maximize the effective use of biometric data in military plans and BEI tactics, techniques, procedures (TTPs), processes, programs, and policies.

  •Manage, oversee, and disseminate the USAFRICOM subset of the Department of Defense (DoD) biometrically enabled watch list (BEWL).

  •Coordinate with relevant units and commands and provide technical input on intelligence collection and policies related to biometric and other foreign documents of value, in support of full-spectrum operations.

  •Provide technical recommendations to develop standard operating procedures and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) for biometric and DOMEX users throughout the Area of Responsibility (AOR).

  •Provide training and technical documentation on the use of biometric collection systems and platforms in a tactical environment.

  •Monitor equipment availability and conduct regular testing and upgrades as necessary.

  You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of specialized experience; OR 10 years of specialized experience.

  Current TS/SCI Clearance

  Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills

  These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  Certified Biometrics Security Professional (CBSP) Certification or IEEE Certified Biometrics Professional (CBP)

  Familiarity with Document and Media Exploitation (DOMEX)

  Recent DoD or Intelligence Community experience with BEI, DOMEX and/or BEWL

  The proposed salary range for this position is:

  $54,900 - $112,600
