　　Day to DayResponsible for leading, SUPERVISE AND performing the engineering operations of the organization.Responsible to SUPERVISE a team of 5-10 engineers in theAdvanced Reactors I&CANDprovide engineering services, including design and analysis of complex products. Responsible for the effective operations of the team and ensures standards of quality (including effective management of the corrective action program), cost (including utilization of resources to meet assigned targets), safety (both ensuring a NSCWE as well as personnel and Industrial safety), reliability, timeliness and performance are met in production processes.The individual should have EXCELLENT communication skills.Providing technical support for product development, project implementation, marketing, and sales.Providing adequately trained and qualified resources to implement standard programs / projects.Assuring safety, health, and regulatory compliance at Westinghouse sites.Developing both internal and external customer relationships.Ensure the performance of work activities in accordance with established Westinghouse procedures.Routine and frequent communication with all levels of management

　　Who You Are:

　　As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related technical discipline required.* Minimum 8 - 10 years of strong and progressively more responsible leadership experience required.* Knowledge of and experience with Global I&C skills and products.* Effective oral and written communication with internal and external customers and engineering groups.* Solid understanding of high technology products and systems.* Ability to gather and analyze input, evaluate alternatives, and make effective decisions.* Excellent team building skills with ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
