Oncology Account Executives have call point ownership of large specialty physician practices and specialty clinics. The specialist teams work in close cooperation with physician and hospital account executives to support the collaborative selling model.The territory encompasses Central and Western NY, Western PA, Eastern OH and Northern WV. In addition to a competitive benefits package, we offer a company car and gas card.Drive sales in assigned districts through up-selling of existing accounts, new lead generation, referrals and establishing relationships with prospectivecustomersTarget and close new specialty testing opportunitiesResponsible for working directly with assigned Account Executives in the assigneddistrictPartner with and notify Hospital or Physician Representative of complex issues or when full-touch service isrequiredProvide immediate support for less complexissuesProvide subject matter expertise for associatedspecialtytestingMaintain and pursue knowledge in the associated specialist testingareaMaintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivityproducts (i.e. Care 360, e-orders, e-prescribe)Prepare and present proposals andbidsEnsure compliance with company policies and governmentregulationsComplete all administrative tasks thoroughly andpromptlyEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences.Knowledge:Knowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business.Ability to develop and sustain strong customer relationships; strong planning and organizational skillsExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skillsSolid PC skill including Microsoft Software.Experience:Three or more years of sales experience in selling business to business with a history of documented sales success.
