Minimum qualifications:

　　11 years of experience in vendor management, process reengineering, program management.

　　Experience implementing initiatives/projects in a change-oriented vendorized environment.

　　Experience managing vendor operations and compliance in an extended workforce/scaled ecosystem.

　　Preferred qualifications: Experience in developing quantitative models, deriving insights, leading executive presentations and presenting them in a meaningful and simple manner to drive fact-based decision-making.

　　Experience with google vendor operations including extended workforce to enable development of pragmatic action plans.

　　Ability to manage scaled communications, feedback loops, and escalations channels.

　　Ability to lead change management efforts by partnering with cross-functional partners and supplier's leads to plan, communicate, and execute operational change and incorporate on the ground feedback real-time.

　　Ability to lead escalation channels and oversee remediation of escalations related to improvement programs in real-time.

　　gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team enables Product Areas (PAs) to effectively and efficiently scale their extended workforce operations while managing risk. Our goal is to enable our businesses to make informed decisions to put the right talent in the right locations. Our partnership with teams across Google aims to provide an excellent user experience and minimizes administrative burden throughout the xW process. We assist with xW planning and strategy, and provide tools to support Product Areas in managing their xWF infrastructure. We strike a balance between optimizing extended workforce engagements and making sure xW policies and guidelines are followed.

　　Responsibilities

　　Contribute to a high-performing team to support extended workforce optimization efforts, ensuring areas of concern are either addressed with stakeholders or appropriately escalated to leadership. Use data-driven insights to understand issues, trends, and perspectives to transform contingent workforce operations. Identify problems and issues and create projects and processes to solve them.

　　Manage process reingineering efforts that improve overall supplier performances and efficiencies.

　　Identify and implement operational efficiencies to achieve Service Level Agreements and other metrics.

　　Manage execution of projects to generate impact and solve scaled operations problems that delivers efficient and effective extended workforce programs through partnership with relevant teams.
