Our client, a leader in the Oil and Gas Industry is looking for an on-site Administrative Professional.
Start date: ASAP
18 month contract with opportunity for extension.
On site in Fort Saskatchewan
Pay rate to be determined based on experience.
Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Duties:
· Onboarding
o Computer orders, emails, keep track of, etc.
o Support getting individuals from offer to site.
o Support getting individuals into NEOP/units.
· Support CI Team on admin
o ODMS / Site file shares
· Support NEOP admin
o Conference rooms, lunch, etc
· Support P2Z / additional site visits.
· Support admin component of Training Coordination for new people
· Support for other Trainings on site – such as ABSA or NAIT or APEGA delivered training.
· Potential for support of PA for community like events.
· Assist with onboarding 80 to 100 employees in 2024
· Book conference rooms
· Assist with setting up and coordinating interviews
· Assist with setting up administrative tasks in the learn tool
· Assist with onboarding and getting computer and internet access ready and on time and ensure software is up to date
Skills and Qualifications:
Organized
· Good communicator
· Fluency in the English language is key for communication with global and business learning teams
· Good time manager and scheduler
Proficient in MS Office and Sharepoint
Calm and patient. Professional and engaging
Experience with HR duties preferred
· Agent of change
· Perfectionist ( insures accuracy of records )
· Willing and able to align with Global Learning Organization
· Prioritize training
· Demonstrate use of office equipment/computer to apply training techniques
