  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented O&M Sustainment

  Systems Administrator to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.

  ManTech is seeking a hands-on Systems Administrator to support the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities of an Identity and Access Management (IdAM) sustainment team. The O&M Sustainment Systems Administrator will support the day-to-day O&M and break-fix activities associated with an existing IdAM COTS and customized LINUX OS solutions.

  The candidate will work with other break-fix System Administrators and will assist with maintaining the systems performance, metrics, trouble resolution, ticketing, patch management, maintaining ATO’s, continuous monitoring, and IAMS customer onboarding. The candidate will be in a 24/7 rotation after hours coverage for break-fix activities. Core hours for the team is currently is 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Anything outside of core hours is considered after hours support.

  Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

  Assume hands-on O&M responsibilities for an existing IdAM enterprise system

  Monitor, troubleshoot, and report system and service performance status

  Utilize, monitor, and update ticket management (JIRA, ServiceNow) and collaboration/documentation (GitLab, Confluence) systems

  Integrate and onboard IT solutions based on user and organizational requirements

  Work with sustainment and engineering teams to ensure availability of the systems

  Collaborate with engineering and A&A staff with feature enhancements, security patches, hardening, and associated documentation to maintain security RMF requirements

  Deploy system enhancements into the Production environment

  Support IdAM/IAMS enablement tickets and onboarding process

  Provide support for Enterprise Directory Services, Identity Management Services, and Credentialing Services (PKI based Authentication and Authorization), and Enterprise Authorization services

  Contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects

  Maintain up to date documentation of system components and configurations

  Provide subject matter expertise to other O&M engineers and associated stakeholders

  Offer innovative solutions to system services, directories, databases, automation, configuration, continuous monitoring, and service integration

  Collaborate with QA testing team to aid in the DevOps life cycle of system releases

  Maintain common security baseline for all systems

  Support routine vulnerability scanning (EVSS), auditing, onboarding, and all systems have up to date security patches

  Assist with maintaining the health of IAMS and other systems

  Participate in meetings and provide written and verbal status updates

  Collaboration with internal/external stakeholders on O&M issues and items

  Assist developers with integration and deployment of Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solutions

  Basic Qualifications:

  B.S. or relevant experience in the field

  Minimum of 12 years of combined IT, O&M, sustainment, break-fix, and cloud computing experience

  Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Linux (RHEL) based operating systems

  Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting system break-fix activities

  Minimum of 2 years of experience working in cloud and virtual environments

  Minimum of 1-year hands-on experience with PKI, IdAM COTS and customized solutions

  Prior Agile and DevOps experience

  Security+ required

  Required Technical Skills:

  Proficient ability working within Linux distributions such as RHEL 6, 7, and 8

  RHEL OS patch management

  Bash/Python scripting

  Working knowledge and proficiency with automation platforms such as puppet and Ansible

  Maintaining clustered and high availability solutions

  Some knowledge and experience maintaining IdAM technologies including PKI, LDAP, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and API Gateways

  Working experience with agile software engineering and O&M teams (DevOps)

  Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira

  Knowledge of network and common cloud infrastructure technologies

  Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience with Oracle IdAM software including: Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Application Gateway (OAG) and Oracle Entitlements Server (OES)Security Clearance Requirement:

  TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.Physical Requirements:

  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%

  Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
