Description

We are in the search for a meticulous Collections Specialist to join our team in Decatur, Georgia for a 6-month project. The primary function of this role will be to handle customer credit applications, manage customer credit records, and resolve any customer inquiries with a high level of detail. This role also involves monitoring customer accounts within the financial services industry, taking necessary actions when required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently, providing solutions to their issues

• Process and manage customer credit applications with precision

• Monitor customer accounts, making necessary adjustments and actions

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain accurate customer credit records

• Use CRM and Epic Software for efficient management of accounts receivable

• Respond to inbound calls, providing excellent customer service

• Execute billing functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Manage collection processes, adhering to industry best practices

• Employ NetSuite and Microsoft Excel for effective management of B2B collections.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Collections Specialist or a similar role in financial services.

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.

• Experience in answering inbound calls, ideally in a financial services context.

• Familiarity with billing functions in a business setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of collection processes and procedures.

• Proficient in using NetSuite for financial management.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating spreadsheets and using advanced formulas.

• Experience in B2B collections, with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships.
