o Associates Degree in an aviation related field from an accredited institution.

　　o Minimum of 5 years’ related experience in aviation training in the military or commercial fields.

　　o Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and implementing training programs. Also proven experience evaluating training programs effectiveness

　　o Demonstrated knowledge of OJT requirements for Sikorsky UH-60 and aviation specialty courses.

　　o Minimum of 5 years’ experience as UH-60 instructor.

　　o Must have appropriate Colombian instructor IET license.

　　o Must demonstrate in-depth understanding of aircraft technical publications.

　　o Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.

　　o English language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/2, S/1; Spanish language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3 is required.

　　o Knowledge of Colombian Aeronautica Civil, U.S. FAA, and U.S. military aviation regulations is preferred.

　　o Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures is required.
