Investigate problems and independently initiateeffective measures for their solution. Coordinate activities withrelated groups to most efficiently achieve objectives to ensurecus-tomer satisfaction. Participate proactively in contributing feedbackregarding product quality issues to reduce warranty costs. Carry outpreparatory work regarding spare parts, testing of tools and equipment,and docu-mentation as required. Submit completed, detailed, andcomprehensive service reports in a timely manner and fol-lows up whenneeded. Coaches and provides technical guidance to fellow colleagues,departments, and customers.
