Organizing the catering and cleaning services, preparing meals for the shiftPlanning and production of a healthy, balanced, varied, nutritious menu based on optimum use of present stockProperly preparing and cooking of these menus based on modern dietary standards, completely prepare the ordering of all required provisions for the intended period, supervising the cleaning and hygiene of accomdations, appropriate cabins, alleyways, mess rooms and pantriesBoils, broils, fries, and roasts meatsPlans menus and may serve mealsUnder the supervision of the StewardWill work 28 days on and be off 14 days. Will also work 84 hours weeklyMust be able to lift 50 lbs
