Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Office Services Associate in Atlanta, Georgia. As an Office Services Associate, you will be a key player in the back office services, interacting with clients and teams, and managing various services including reprographics copy and mail services. Your role will also extend to support services in hospitality facilities, audio/visual reception, and other service lines as required.
Responsibilities
• Handle and process reprographics, mail, and intake tasks according to set procedures.
• Maintain and effectively use logs for all office services work.
• Ensure job tickets are appropriately filled out before initiating work.
• Prioritize workflow and deliver all work within contracted deadlines.
• Communicate any job or deadline issues with the supervisor or client.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems and place service calls when required.
• Load machines with paper and toner supplies and manage office equipment efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service, interacting with clients in person, over the phone, or electronically.
• Handle confidential documents and information with utmost discretion.
• Perform quality assurance on own work and that of others.
• Adhere to all policies in addition to client site policies. Requirements • Proficient in customer service, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and an ability to handle service calls efficiently
• Experienced in various office functions and operations, including receptionist duties and answering inbound calls
• Skilled in implementing and following procedures and policies within an office setting
• Supervisory skills with a focus on managing time effectively and efficiently
• Knowledge of hiring processes and ability to manage related paperwork
• Proficient in scanning documents, maintaining logs, and handling confidential documents securely
• Familiarity with office machinery and troubleshooting common issues
• Ability to ensure quality assurance in all tasks and operations
• Experience with digital tools and applications used in office settings
• Able to handle facility-related tasks and issues
• Comfortable with working overtime when required
• Proficient in distributing faxes and managing paper documentation
• Experience in offering and managing office perks.
