Robert Half is partnering with a local contractor in Wilmington, DE who is seeking a skilled Office Manager on a contract to hire basis! In this role, you will be responsible for accounts payable, entering invoices into Quickbooks for payment, communicating with vendors and clients via phone and e-mail, tracking timecards, assist with payroll as needed, processing checks, bank deposits, following up with customers on past due accounts, work closely with upper management on administrative tasks, and more! Candidates with prior work experience in a similar role who are proficient in MS Office and have the ability to problem solve are strongly encouraged to apply! Requirements
Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks
Microsoft Office experience preferred
High attention to detail as well as problem-solving and critical thinking skills
High school diploma or equivalent required (AA/AS preferred)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
2+ years of office management experience
Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
