Description We are in search of an Office Admin. for our team located in Playa Vista, California. The role involves overseeing office operations and interacting with vendors, employees, and visitors. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities: • Overseeing the office operations and ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace • Serving as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and concerns • Managing office schedules, including arranging and coordinating meetings • Providing a warm and friendly reception experience to visitors • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of board meetings • Handling the mailroom and boxes • Kitchen restocking and keeping the shared areas clean • Handling the onboarding process for new employees • Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments • Handling inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high-quality customer service • Maintaining accurate records and processing customer credit applications. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

• Experience with data entry tasks and maintaining databases

• Excellent customer service skills, with experience answering inbound and outbound calls

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars for various team members

• Exceptional email correspondence skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism

• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively
