　　Job Description:

　　Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Employability and Quality Assurance Specialist ​ to join our team! In this role you will provide employability/suitability recommendations on applicants and the review of background investigations annually.

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Prepare accurate and quality suitability assessments for decision in accordance with the established procedure and 5CFR Section 302.

　　Update the PeopleSoft Security module with the appropriate suitability information related to each case.

　　Coordinate with sources to resolve missing or discrepant information.

　　Review the specified percentage of investigation reports for compliance with Federal Investigative Standards and applicable implementation plans within five working days of date assigned.

　　Coordinate with branch chiefs on issues identified in record audit.

　　Document status of all issues, to include resolution, in the Quality Audit Report Tracker (QART).

　　Accurately detail information in the QART system.

　　What Required Skills You'll Bring:

　　Active TS with SCI eligibility and ability to successfully complete a polygraph examination.

　　Bachelor's degree in security or criminal justice or equivalent experience in a related field

　　7 - 10 years of relevant work experience.

　　Experience with DISS, Scattered Castles, NP2 Portal, and QART

　　What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

　　Experience processing biometric data to include fingerprints.Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

　　Top Secret
